What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, plus service and security data created as you use the platform.

  • Account details such as your name, email address, login history, and profile settings.
  • Subscription and billing records processed through Dodo Payments, including transaction status and plan changes.
  • Connected social account tokens, publishing targets, project settings, generated outputs, and support messages.
  • Browser, device, IP, session, and integrity signals used to secure the service and detect multiple-account abuse.

BYOK and Connected Services

All plans are BYOK. That means you supply your own Google AI Studio key and we use it to run generation requests on your behalf.

  • We may store your Google AI Studio key securely so the service can submit jobs when you trigger generation or approval steps.
  • You are responsible for your Google account, Google quotas, any third-party charges, and compliance with the third-party terms tied to your key.
  • If you connect social accounts or browser workers, we also process the tokens, browser-session identifiers, and profile metadata needed to publish or automate jobs for you.

How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you, maintain your account, and enforce plan limits and account integrity rules.
  • To generate videos, continue pipelines, publish to connected social accounts, and support creator automation features.
  • To process recurring subscriptions, apply affiliate credits, handle withdrawals, and respond to billing issues.
  • To investigate fraud, policy abuse, multiple-account circumvention, service misuse, or legal requests.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with processors and platforms needed to run the service, meet legal obligations, or protect the business and other users.

Analytics and Cookies

We use a small set of cookies and analytics systems to keep the product working, attribute referrals, and understand how the platform is used.

  • Essential cookies and session storage for authentication, security, and product state.
  • Referral cookies and related attribution data, including a 90-day affiliate attribution window.
  • Operational analytics stored in Firebase/Firestore and Google Cloud systems, including BigQuery-backed reporting where enabled for product analytics and generation tracking.
  • We do not offer third-party advertising cookies through the product experience.

Security

  • We use access controls, encrypted transport, platform authentication, and internal permission limits to protect data.
  • Sensitive operations are restricted to personnel and service processes that need them to support billing, moderation, or infrastructure.
  • No internet service is perfectly secure, so you should also protect your own credentials, API keys, and connected third-party accounts.

Retention and Deletion

  • We keep active account and project data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to run the service.
  • When you delete your account, we remove or de-identify most active-use data within a reasonable operational period, subject to backup, security, fraud-prevention, and legal retention needs.
  • We may retain limited records such as email, device, IP, referral, billing, and abuse-prevention history to enforce account integrity rules and investigate fraud or chargebacks.
  • Aggregate or de-identified analytics may remain after deletion where they no longer identify you personally.

Your Rights and Choices

  • You can update profile information, connected accounts, and saved keys from the dashboard where those controls are available.
  • You can cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but not the current paid period.
  • You can request account deletion or ask privacy questions by contacting us from the email address associated with your account.
  • If you believe your account was incorrectly flagged for multiple-account abuse or integrity controls, contact support for review.
