Terms of Service

By accessing or using Auto Social Videos, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Auto Social Videos provides AI-assisted video creation, publishing workflows, creator automation, affiliate tracking, and related dashboard features.

• Free: 1 full BYOK video every 30 days from the last free generation, with publishing to 1 connected social account per video.
• Pro Creators: $10/month, create up to 2 full BYOK videos per day, post up to 2 videos per day to your chosen social platforms, creator workflow enabled.
• Viral Creators: $49/month, create up to 5 full videos per day (BYOK required), post up to 5 videos per day to any social platforms of your choice, create long-form videos anytime, creator workflow enabled.

We may add, remove, or modify features, limits, plan packaging, or integrations at any time.

• All plans are BYOK. You must provide and maintain your own Google AI Studio key and any other third-party credentials the workflow requires.
• You are responsible for your own third-party usage, charges, quotas, and compliance with Google, social platforms, browsers, and any other external providers connected through the service.
• We are not responsible if a third-party provider suspends your account, revokes access, changes pricing, changes APIs, or rejects content or automation flows.
• You authorize us to use your saved keys and tokens to process jobs, approvals, publishing actions, and recurring service operations that you trigger through the platform.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Do not share your account, lend your credentials, or create multiple accounts to evade plan limits, free-credit timing, or affiliate rules.
• We may use device, browser, IP, and session integrity signals to detect abuse, enforce one-user-per-account expectations, and block fraudulent or evasive account behavior.
• We may suspend, delete, or restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, chargebacks, self-referrals, or attempts to bypass platform controls.

• Pro Creators and Viral Creators are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Dodo Payments or other processors we make available.
• Recurring billing continues until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals but usually does not end the current paid period immediately.
• Affiliate balance may be applied before a card charge when enough balance exists, subject to our billing logic and current product rules.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated by us, fees are non-refundable once substantial paid-plan usage or generation activity has occurred.

• The affiliate program currently pays 20% recurring commission while the referred paid subscription remains active and keeps renewing successfully.
• Affiliate attribution is subject to our referral tracking rules, including the current 90-day referral window where applicable.
• Affiliate balance is reserved against your next renewal amount first. Only surplus above the reserved renewal amount may be withdrawable, and withdrawals are limited to eligible paid creator plans where the product allows them.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, fraudulent referrals, coordinated multiple-account abuse, and any attempt to manipulate referral attribution can result in forfeiture, suspension, or permanent removal from the program.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, hateful, infringing, or platform-prohibited content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, overload, or misuse the service, automation workers, APIs, or internal workflows.
• Do not use the product in ways that violate the terms of any connected social, browser, payment, or AI platform.

• The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted access, successful generation, successful publishing, or third-party availability.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost audience growth, lost data, or third-party account actions.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 30 days before the claim arose.

We may update these terms to reflect product, pricing, compliance, or infrastructure changes. When changes are material, we may notify you through email, the dashboard, or an in-product notice.
